Surf  Niebla 2007

The Cove is blessed with early morning offshore wind and warm water. The south swell season runs between March and October. Conditions range from mellow perfection to maxed out hurricane surf. There are several point and reef breaks between Culiacan and Mazatlan, but access is limited by private land and impassable ranch roads.

The Cove opened in 1997 as a wellness resort and sanctuary from urban stress. There are traditional surf camps nearby that cater to the hardcore set. Here we offer an alternative in a small resort setting. Families with children are welcome. Massage and spa treatments are also optional. For a diversion, day trips to Mazatlan or secluded beaches or bass fishing trips to mountain lakes are available.
